The Cuyahoga Land Bank helped the Polish American Cultural Center – which had several vacant, abandoned properties adjacent to it – assemble land and demolish structures in order to create a space for a Cultural Garden, meeting space and outdoor performance venue.  Polish American Cultural Center Executive Director Gene Bak talks about the experience.
