Acting as a developer itself, the Cuyahoga Land Bank completes dynamic in-house renovations throughout the County. Since 2009, the Cuyahoga Land Bank has renovated nearly 82 properties in-house, returning hundreds of thousands of dollars to the county tax roll annually.

This three-bedroom one-bath Colonial in Cleveland Heights has all new windows, carpet, ceramic tile, new furnace and hot water tank, all new stainless steel appliances, new electrical throughout, new plumbing, and a brand new two-car garage.
